Service Areas
Chesapeake is home base, and at 351 square miles it is the second-largest city in Virginia by land area, so it covers a lot of ground on its own: South Norfolk, Western Branch, Deep Creek, Great Bridge, Greenbrier, Hickory and the rural south toward the North Carolina line. We also work in the neighboring South Hampton Roads cities of Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Portsmouth and Suffolk; on the Peninsula in Hampton, Newport News, Poquoson, Yorktown and Williamsburg; west toward Smithfield, Carrollton, Windsor and Franklin; and just over the North Carolina line in Moyock, Currituck, Camden and Elizabeth City. Housing ages differ from one area to the next, from postwar homes near the Elizabeth River to subdivisions built in the last few years, and that changes what we find when the old counters come off.
